High Pressure Effluent Filter
Our newest high pressure filter is now available. In difficult drainage environments, where you want to spread the effluent out as much as possible and ensure you do not clog your media, this high pressure filter will act as a second level of filtration and will keep your orifice lines clean. This filter is ideal for filtering solids before they reach the drain field, especially when you are working with advanced systems, pressure dosing systems, or poor soil conditions. The filter installs on the discharge side of any effluent pump. Dual stainless steel screens prevent solids greater than 1/20” from passing to the drain field. This filter is easy to install and requires no special tools to remove it for service. It is accessible from grade level. An independent third-party testing indicates a TSS reduction of 30-40%.

Our Catch Basin comes in two configurations as well as in two sizes. You can choose what height you want your inlets and outlets to be. It also comes complete with the only seal on the market that accepts 2'', 3'', 4'' and corrugated pipe. No more different fittings to inventory! All Polylok grates are designed to withstand normal abuse in landscaping applications. Installed properly, 9x9 inch and 12x12 inch grates are suitable for light vehicular traffic. All Polylok catch basins are suitable for both landscape and hardscape applications. Polylok high impact plastic drainage systems are lightweight, less expensive and easier to install than metal and concrete products. Orifice Diffuser
Polylok’s Orifice Diffuser ensures even distribution on lateral piping from all orifices in any system by separating the discharge orifice from the drain media; which effectively protects the system. Because of low pressure in most wastewater systems, typically 1-3 psi, it is extremely important to assure drainage media does not interfere with the discharge orifices. Systems should be designed with the use of an orifice diffuser on all discharge holes to assure even distribution and even system pressure after backfilling.

Riser Safety Screen 20'' and 24''
Polylok, Inc is proud to offer our new 20” and 24” riser Safety Screens. These bright yellow, heavy-duty ABS screens act as a secondary layer of protection if the riser cover is unknowingly damaged or removed. The screen fits in the upper most riser stack of our Polylok 24 x 6”, 20 x 6” and 20 x 12” risers and prevents entry into the tank. The Safety Screen has been test to 250 lbs per sq. ft. and comes with a built in handle. For a better night’s sleep, make this a part of your riser installation each and every time! |

24’’ Heavy Duty Cover & Adapter Ring for Corrugated Pipe
Many of our customers have asked for heavy duty riser covers that can work with either Polylok risers or U.S. and Canadian (IPEX) corrugated pipe. Our engineers have developed new 24” Heavy Duty Covers that will do just that. Like our standard Polylok covers, they are watertight and airtight. Our heavy-duty covers were tested at an outside laboratory and passed standard static load testing to 5000 lbs, as well as center and off center impact load testing to 150 ft lbs. As with all of our riser products, we use the highest UV package on the market today.
Additionally we offer Adapter Rings for Corrugated Pipe. These adapter rings will allow you to secure pipe to any concrete tank. |

Poly IV High Pressure Closed End Boot Seal (Accepts 4'' Pipe)
Need to vacuum test or water test your tanks? This is the best seal on the market today for vacuum testing and water testing tanks. It is designed with a closed end, so it is no longer necessary to plug seal holes before testing. And, it’s easy to cut the seal at the installation site. In addition, this new seal is longer than our other seals, making it even easier to install. |

2'' Closed End High Pressure Boot Seal (Accepts 2'' Pipe)
Like our Poly II Open End, our new Poly II CE boot is watertight and airtight. This is the ideal boot for applications requiring vacuum testing. The boot fits any 2” pipe. Made of durable EPDM rubber, this flexible pipe-to-concrete connector meets or exceeds all ASTM 1227 and 923 requirements as well as Grease Interceptor specifications. Using this boot ensures watertight connections. This connector casts into concrete simply by using our Polylok plastic mandrel or any existing two-inch open-end boot mandrel. Complete with an external stainless steel hose clamp, when installed correctly this two-inch closed-end boot will perform up to 10 psi or 10 in. hg. The boot accepts 2” Schedule 40 or SDR 35 pipe. It can be cast into walls from 2.5” - 4” thickness. |
